Professional service fees, incurred costs and administrative charges for professional alternative dispute resolution services may vary by service and by subject matter.  Currently, the following guidelines are available to you for Mr. Honeywell:

Mediation.  Hourly: $285.00/hour  Daily: (If alternatively pre-elected) $2500.00/day

Currently there is no surcharge for multi-party, extended or complex matters.  Currently there is no minimum hour requirement for scheduling in the Greater Orlando area.  Currently there is no travel charge or expense for service anywhere in Central Florida.  Currently there is no charge for pre-mediation review, conference or preparation.  Currently there is no charge for post-mediation efforts seeking resolution not achieved at the scheduled conference.

Billing for services, including incurred costs, if any, will be divided equally between the named parties participating in the mediation unless otherwise agreed upon by the participants. 

Arbitration.   Hourly: $300.00/hour  Daily: (Hearings) Minimum: $1125.00/day; Maximum: As agreed with or stipulated by the parties  (or as permitted by Florida Law, if not otherwise elected).

Fees for professional services will include time spent upon administration, review of materials presented, preparation, travel outside Greater Orlando, the arbitration hearing(s), the arbitration award, and any prior or subsequent hearings and deliberations.  An itemized bill for services, including incurred costs, if any, will be divided equally between the named parties participating in the arbitration. 

Special Master.  Hourly: $300.00/hour  Daily: (Hearings) Minimum: $1125.00/day; Maximum: As agreed with or stipulated by the parties.

Fees for professional services will include time spent upon administration, review of materials presented, preparation, travel outside Greater Orlando, all hearing(s), all rulings or orders , and any prior or subsequent hearings and deliberations.  An itemized bill for services, including incurred costs, if any, will be divided equally between the named parties participating in the disputed matter. 

Third Party Neutral. Hourly: $300.00/hour  Daily: (Hearings) Minimum: $1125.00/day; Maximum: As agreed with or as stipulated by the parties.

Fees for professional services will include time spent upon administration, review of materials presented, preparation, travel outside Greater Orlando, all hearing(s), all rulings or orders , and any prior or subsequent hearings and deliberations.  An itemized bill for services, including incurred costs, if any, will be divided equally between the named parties participating in the disputed matter. 

Administration Charges:

A small per-participant file charge, presently $68.00, for scheduling, administation and billing will be included by Mediation, Inc., the administrator for Honeywell Mediation.  Details and specifics of this solely administrative charge may be obtained from Mediation, Inc. of Ft.
